Service and scope

EchoLand provides a browser extension, website demo and related cloud AI service (EchoCloud). By installing, registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Some features are in beta, may require an invitation and may change as the product develops. The interface shows what is currently available.

Account and security

An account is required for the extension. Protect your sign-in method and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. Do not transfer or sell your account or use someone else’s. We may restrict features while investigating unusual activity or a breach of these terms; contact [email protected] to appeal or restore access.

Plans, allowances and fair use

The current purchase page and Settings › Plan describe each Free or paid plan and its daily or periodic allowances. When an allowance is reached, affected features pause until it resets or you upgrade. Content already saved locally is not automatically erased as a result.

To keep access fair and reliable, we may limit clearly unusual automated requests, attempts to evade allowances, or traffic that affects other users.

Payment, expiry and refunds

Paid plans are purchased for the period and price shown at checkout. The current standard period is 31 days and does not renew automatically; you can renew manually. Checkout lists available currencies, payment methods and any trial offer. When a plan ends, the account returns to Free and content beyond Free entitlements may become read-only.

For duplicate charges, payment without activation, or another refund request, email [email protected] with your order details. We will review payment and usage and handle the request under applicable law and payment service rules. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Your content and permission

You keep your rights in your content and are responsible for having permission to let EchoLand read, organize or process it. To perform the features you choose, you permit us to process it on your device and send necessary context for AI features as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to providing, maintaining and improving the service you use; it does not transfer ownership.

AI results and third-party content

AI answers, briefs and documents may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Web search results and links come from third parties. Check primary sources and seek appropriate professional advice before important medical, legal or financial decisions. Activities on external sites or payment services are also subject to their rules.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe privacy or intellectual property, spread malware, harass others, impersonate someone, or evade security, allowances or billing. Without permission, do not scrape, automate, probe or interfere with the service in a way that harms its stability.

Availability and liability

We work to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or always-correct AI results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. No limitation excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces your statutory consumer rights.

Changes, suspension and ending

We may update features, plans or these terms. Material changes affecting users will be announced in advance on the website or in the extension. You can stop using the service and uninstall the extension at any time, exporting local data first if needed. To delete an account, contact [email protected]. Where practicable, we will explain restrictions imposed for a breach.
